All Shared hosting plans receive clustered services. Clustered is where each service (web, email, database and other services) are located on physically separate servers. This allows for each service to have all resources for it self.

Ever been on a server that has been slashdotted and your mail doesn't work or is very slow? Our clustered services eliminate that. If one service spikes in usage, the other services aren't affected at all.

If a server needs maintenance or upgrades, other services are not affected. So, if we need to work on the mail servers, your web site is still active and available to others or if we need to work on the web servers your mail is still available for you to check and work with.
